While demolishing a fire station in Ohio, firefighters found a copper box while removing the cornerstone from the building that turned out to be a time capsule from the year 1905.
The 118-year-old glimpse into the past contained turn-of-the-century Marion Fire Department badges, a roster for the fire company, a newspaper from that year, and a book.
The fire station says the items will be kept at the Marion County Historical Society until the new station is built.
