Kevin Costner is reportedly accusing his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, of using his credit card and racking up debt for their ongoing divorce, according to court documents. Costner alleges that Baumgartner spent $95,000 of his money on lawyers and a forensic accountant without his knowledge.
Costner claims that Christine’s actions violate their pre-marital agreement, which Baumgartner apparently wants to make public. This isn’t the only worry that Kevin has brought up around the divorce, though.
As we told you earlier, Christine is reportedly not moving out of his house, which he says goes against their prenup. Baumgartner filed for divorce in May, seeking joint custody of their three children and not requesting spousal support due to the terms of the prenup.
