When you’re dealing with adversity, it helps to know your surroundings.
In England, a store owner was approached by a robber wielding a knife.
Reportedly, the wannabe thug entered the store, picked up some beer, and threatened the store owner.
That’s when the quick-thinking owner turned the tables by running out and closing the door, in an attempt to hold the thief inside.
Then, he lowered the security gate, which ended up pinning the robber to the ground until cops arrived three minutes later and handled it from there.
