Kevin Costner is requesting that his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, be ordered to leave their California home by next Thursday, July 13th! This comes from court documents filed by Costner's legal team as seen by “People.”
The couple has been involved in a legal battle since Baumgartner filed for divorce in May. While a prenup says that Baumgartner should leave the home if they split, she says she just doesn’t have enough money to find a place to live for her and her three children. As we told you before, she reportedly wants $248,000 a month in support from Costner.
Sources for “US Magazine” suggest that the situation could escalate into an ugly court battle, as Costner has the prenup to back him up for this request. Meanwhile, Baumgartner apparently believes Costner should be the one to leave.
