The battle rages on in “Yellowstone” star Kevin Costner’s nasty divorce proceedings from estranged wife Christine Baumgartner. We’ve kept you updated as allegations have been flung from both sides, but now Costner can claim one major victory.

A judge has ruled that Baumgartner must move out of Costner’s home by July 31st. But this decision indicates a large victory for Costner, in that it seems that the judge believes their prenup is valid. The ruling goes along with one of the stipulations in the pair’s pre-nuptial agreement.

Baumgartner’s legal team has been making the case that their prenup is invalid, and a final decision on that isn’t expected until a November hearing. And if the judge does uphold the prenup, Costner’s ex could be in trouble: she’ll be forced to return $1.5 million given to her by Costner and reimburse all of the legal fees he’s raked in while defending the prenup. Yikes.
