Nearly 20 people are recovering from medical issues they suffered at an Ed Sheeran concert in Pittsburgh on Saturday.
EMS officials say they responded to dozens of calls from Acrisure Stadium, with 17 individuals ending up in hospitals.
Authorities report one person had a seizure and others were dealing with fall injuries or heat-related symptoms.
A paramedic went into cardiac arrest outside the stadium and was taken to an area hospital.
A worker who was helping tear down after the show also suffered cardiac arrest and was hospitalized, according to Pittsburgh EMS.
