Gigi Hadid recently opened up about her relationship with her ex, Zayn Malik, four years after their split.
The beloved model shined a spotlight on co-parenting in a Tuesday (March 11) interview with Vogue, highlighting their "custody arrangement" with daughter Khai, 4.
"Zayn and I do our custody schedules months in advance. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t change here and there, but we help each other out and have each other’s backs."
These days, Hadid and Malik's relationship is all about their love for Khai and a "feeling of camaraderie" towards each other. According to E!News, the former couple called it quits in 2021 after six off-and-on years together and a public dispute the One Direction alum had with Hadid's mother, Yolanda.
Speaking on the argument, the Next in Fashion host remarked:
"There is the hard part of the world knowing this much, and thinking they know everything. And at the end of the day, we’re not interested in giving everyone our whole story. What we are interested in is raising our daughter together. With so much respect for each other, and not just as co-parents, but what we’ve been through together."
