A man in Italy is now the proud father of a little girl with Down syndrome.
Luca Trapanese was granted custody of baby Alba when she was only 13 days old and by then she had already been rejected by more than 20 families.
He says, “When I first held Alba, I knew I was ready to be her dad.”
