Meet sweet Delilah!
Delilah has created new life. 10 puppy lives, in fact! Having traveled from West Virginia to seek a safe haven in Ohio, this sweet girl was nurturing a belly full of babies. With evidence of having done this before, this pro came through the delivery process with ease - it was, definitely, harder on us than it was on her! Though we will celebrate these new lives, and will help them find their forever homes, Delilah will never be able to become pregnant again. After birth, Delilah, and her babies, have begun receiving all appropriate veterinary care with vaccines pending due to age appropriateness. The pups will be given a pediatric spay or neuter prior to adoption and will be available to go home somewhere around the 15th of December. Besides avoiding an unplanned pregnancy, there are many additional health benefits for dogs when spayed or neutered. All of the puppies will benefit from eight weeks spent with Delilah, and their littermates, so this will make them Christmas pups! We are thankful for the opportunity to help Delilah, and her babies, change the direction of their life. Might you want to be a part of the change, too?
