Metallica frontman James Hetfield is announcing his own "heavy" guitar strings.
That's Hetfield promoting the new strings, called Papa Het's Hardwired Master Core Signature Strings.
The Papa Het strings were made in collaboration with the Ernie Ball guitar string company, and are described as having a "thick sound with exceptional durability and pitch stability."
The James Hetfield strings are available now at Metallica's web store and will be available through retailers starting May 10th.
