In 1981, a newlywed couple was found dead in a wooded area of Houston and remained unidentified until last year when DNA identified them as Harold Dean Clouse and Tina Gail Clouse. They had disappeared while moving from Florida to Texas with their baby girl. The girl, Holly Marie Clouse, has been found living in Oklahoma with her five kids.
What happened? It gets weirder. Holly Marie was left at an Arizona church in the early 1980s by two barefoot women in white robes who said they were members of a ‘nomadic religious group’ that practiced separation of the sexes. No arrests were ever made in connection to the murders and the investigation is still open.
