Federal Prosecutors Won't Pursue Charges Against Colbert Crew

Federal prosecutors will not pursue charges against members of a television crew from "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

The group was arrested last month in a Capitol building that was closed to visitors.

Authorities said nine members of the show had been invited by congressional staffers into the Longworth House Office Building but their escort left them unattended.

Among those arrested included the man who voices the Triumph the Insult Comic Dog puppet, who had come to interview members of Congress.
