Firefighters Rescue Blind Dog From Hole At Construction Site

Pasadena resident Mary heard one of her dogs frantically barking in her backyard, went to investigate, and realized her 13-year-old blind dog, Cesar, was missing.

After hearing his faint barks coming from a construction site next to her house, she contacted the construction foreman, who called the Pasadena Fire Department.

Firefighters located Cesar 15-feet down in the bottom of a 3-foot wide hole, lowered a team member down into the hole, and brought the dog back to the surface unharmed.
