There is something very special about a senior. When they come in as a “rescue,” we haven’t any history. We can only hope that the majority of their life was good, and they were valued, at some point. With no history, we make it our mission to make sure their next home is their last!
Our 17-pound, pint-sized, Scrappy is in need of his golden ticket out of the shelter, and a cozy home for his golden years, too. This little terrier is hysterical! Guesstimated to be 12 years of age, he has the energy of a boy half this old! He loves to play, and he loves to lounge, too. He’s a perfect mix of a perfect pup - and he’s popular among his pint-sized peers.
Fully vetted, Scrappy is ready to move on; however, we will, happily, be paying for this little guy to have a “dental.“ Dental can be very expensive but are very important to have performed so we will be handling that for his new pet parents. Small dogs require a little more attention to avoid dental disease than larger dogs. Check out that comical underbite. It’s cute … so let’s hope he gets to keep those “snags!”
