Suge Knight is surprised that an arrest has been made in the murder of Tupac Shakur 27 years later, but the Death Row Records founder said yesterday that he won’t testify against Duane “Keef D” Davis if called to do so.

Knight, who was an eyewitness to the killing of Tupac, says that authorities are on the wrong track with their arrest of Davis, and says that he knows the person that shot him and Tupac wasn’t another long-suspected shooter, Davis’ late nephew Orlando Anderson.

Suge made the comments on a phone call from prison, where he’s serving a 28-year sentence for voluntary manslaughter.
