NLE Choppa is being sued by a West Coast rapper for copyright infringement.

According to court documents, the rapper, Rodney Oliver, claims that NLE used his 1988 song "Everlasting Bass" in parts of his own 2022 single "Who T-F Up In My Trap."

The lawsuit adds that there was no credit or compensation given to Oliver's rap duo Rodney O.

Oliver hasn't specified how much he wants in damages but is demanding a jury trial.

NLE Choppa hasn't commented on the lawsuit.
