If you’re one of those who forgot the time change happened this weekend…surprise…it’s darker than normal this morning…and you’re going to be earlier for work than you intended.

Though a huge majority of Americans on all sides of the political spectrum agree that doing the clock thing twice a year is stupid, only two states (Hawaii and Arizona) have the common sense not to deal with it at all.

Not only is it an inconvenient pain, but scientific studies also show that there are negative health effects that may go along with changing the clocks:

  • Car Crashes – 6% increase after time change
  • Strokes – 8% increase
  • Depression – 11% increase
  • Heart Attacks – 24% increase

If any political people are out there who feel the need to do something people would value…get rid of the time change. The people have spoken.
