Geddy Lee is not only the bassist, keyboardist, and vocalist for Rush…he’s also a major baseball fan with a substantial collection of memorabilia. Starting on November 21st, a portion of that collection will be hitting the Christie’s auction block.

Highlights from the collection to be sold are:

  • A 1965 baseball signed by The Beatles from their Shea Stadium show
  • The jersey worn by Hank Aaron when he hit his 500th home run
  • Trophies from the personal collection of “Shoeless” Joe Jackson
  • First-pitch baseballs signed by American presidents, including John F. Kennedy

In all, the collection contains “hundreds of autographed and historic milestone baseballs spanning over three centuries of Major League Baseball and American history.”
