A study by psychology professors from London Metropolitan University has found that women in relationships with younger men, often termed "cougars," experience greater happiness and sexual satisfaction compared to women in relationships with men their age.

The research involved 24 women and assessed their emotional intelligence, sexual confidence, and happiness.

The results of the study challenge the stereotype that age-gap relationships are superficial.

Due to only being based on a small sample size, the study indicates a need for more extensive research to understand the dynamics of May-December relationships.
