When an employee at a Costco in Cleveland missed his early morning shift, manager Jesse Orsborn called him and soon realized the man was having a medical emergency.
Assistant General Manager Dave Mackin tried to stay in contact with the man while another employee called emergency services, who responded and discovered he’d suffered a stroke.
The team's swift actions were pivotal in getting their colleague the medical care he needed, highlighting the strong sense of community and responsibility amongst the team at Costco.
