An 11-year-old Arizona girl is being recognized for her bravery after escaping a kidnapping attempt on her way to school.
With information provided by the victim, police were able to obtain security footage of the incident and quickly apprehended the suspect, who is facing charges of attempted kidnapping.
The girl's actions are being praised by her school and local police, who commend her for “doing everything right” and keeping the situation from becoming much worse.
