Paul Svetahor, an 81-year-old Air Force veteran from Greensburg, Pennsylvania, was gifted a laptop by the Westmoreland County chapter of the Twilight Wish Foundation, enabling him to return to college for cybersecurity studies.
Despite facing skepticism due to his age, Svetahor starts classes on March 4th, is committed to getting his degree, and hopes to dispel false perceptions related to age.
The Twilight Wish Foundation, a national nonprofit established in 2003, focuses on fulfilling the dreams of low-income seniors, having granted over 5,800 wishes to date.
