Rachel Leviss is suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. In her suit, the former “Vanderpump Rules” star accuses her past co-stars of eavesdropping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
All three were part of a big scandal on “Vanderpump Rules,” where Tom cheated on Ariana with Rachel. Rachel would eventually leave the show after the season ten reunion...apparently at least partially due to the affair and the stress connected to it.
“Leviss was a victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who recorded sexually explicit videos of her without her knowledge or consent, which were then distributed, disseminated, and discussed publicly by a scorned woman seeking vengeance, catalyzing the scandal,” the lawsuit claims.
Wait…there’s more!
- The lawsuit also states “Leviss was misled by Bravo and Evolution into believing that she was contractually barred from speaking out about her mistreatment” and says she “suffered in silence” while Bravo and Evolution saw viewership explode
- Leviss also says she previously “confronted Sandoval for secretly recording” sexual videos of her and “storing them unprotected on his phone”
- The lawsuit says that Bravo gave Sandoval a development deal for a “job well done” and a pay raise…a source for “Variety” says that Tom didn’t get a deal, however
