During the "Run for Love," 5K event in Raleigh, North Carolina, runner Dave Brown collapsed and was saved by fellow runners who administered CPR until first responders arrived.
Brown, who suffered a cardiac episode and concussion, is grateful to those who saved him and plans to return to running after getting a pacemaker and the all-clear from his doctor.
He also intends to learn CPR and hopes his experience encourages others to get CPR training.
