Setting a new world record is something to be proud of…no matter how dumb it may seem to the rest of the world.
In Nigeria, Babajide Israel Adebanjo is the official record holder for the “longest duration of twerking,” after he was able to continuously back dat azz up for three hours and thirty-minutes.
On a positive note, Adebanjo took on the challenge to “raise awareness about depression and the importance of mental health.”
We can all now agree that twerking is a sure-fire cure for depression.
