DNA Test On Gypsy Rose Blanchard's Baby Won't be Done Til After Birth

The question of who is the father of Gypsy Rose Blanchard's unborn baby remains unclear, and it's going to be a minute til we get an answer. TMZ reports that her ex-husband, Ryan Anderson, plans to postpone DNA testing until after the birth of her baby girl. According to sources, it’s both easier and cheaper to conduct the test post-birth, with tests costing between $500 and $2,000, compared to $150 to $200 after the baby arrives.

Gypsy Rose has stated that her fiancé, Ken Urker, is the father, although there are doubts about the timing of her pregnancy. Under Louisiana law, if Gypsy Rose has her baby before she and Ryan are officially divorced, Ryan would be named the father on the birth certificate. Changing this would require a paternity test proving Ken is the father.

Despite this mess, Gypsy Rose appears pretty chill and has previously stated that Ken has to be the father, since she left Ryan in March. She says she conceived on May 4 with Ken and received a positive test on May 24.
