Linkin Park's recent reunion has the mother of late vocalist Chester Bennington feeling betrayed.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Susan Eubanks said she feels betrayed by the whole situation, alleging that no one told her they had plans to get back together or that they were hiring Emily Armstrong as the new vocalist.

She said she feels like they're trying very hard to erase the past and having Armstrong singing her son's songs is hurtful.

She also alleges that guitarist Mike Shinoda used to threaten Bennington telling him they'd replace him with a female vocalist whose range might be more naturally suited for their songs.

Linkin Park's recent reunion comes after a seven-year hiatus after Bennington died in 2017.
