Elon Musk’s AI chatbot Grok has snitched on him.
User Gary Koepnick, was testing out Grok when he asked it to identify those who spread the most misinformation on X.
The answer was oddly specific. It replied, “Based on various analyses, social media sentiment, and reports, Elon Musk has been identified as one of the most significant spreaders of misinformation on X since he acquired the platform.”
It also noted, “This has had a potentially massive impact, reaching billions of people through his platform and personal influence.”
Interestingly, Grok has been known to spit out unreliable timelines and other info, but this week Musk himself praised the chatbot gushing “Use Grok for answers that are based on up-to-date info!”
