Intoxicated Man Arrested Twice While Riding On His Mule

A Kentucky man, Jonathan Mason, was arrested twice in three days for causing disturbances and refusing to stop while riding his mule.

Police first encountered Mason outside a bar on Saturday, where he was allegedly intoxicated and resisted arrest after being asked to leave the establishment.

Witnesses also reported him whipping the mule excessively.

Then, two days later, Mason was spotted intoxicated and riding the same mule down the road, again refusing to stop when ordered by police.

"The mule was stabled safely while Mason faced multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and animal cruelty," said a statement from the Murray Police Department.
