Sabrina Carpenter is stirring things up with a brand-new track, “Manchild,” dropping tomorrow.
She teased the single with a cheeky caption on her socials, “This one’s about you!!” and shared a teaser clip where she’s hitchhiking in tiny cut-off shorts, platform heels, and getting totally ignored by drivers.
Produced by Jack Antonoff, the song also comes with a 7-inch vinyl featuring a B-side, “inside of your head when you’ve just won an argument with a man.”
Fans spotted teaser billboards quoting possible lyrics like “Hey men!” and “I swear they choose me, I’m not choosing them.” Sabrina’s expected to debut the track live at Primavera Sound in Barcelona on June 6th, just like she did last year with “Espresso” at Coachella.
After the global success of “Short n’ Sweet,” this one’s already feeling like a summer bop.
