Bruno Mars recently surprised fans at the Blackpink concert at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday, joining Rosé to perform their hit song “Apt.”
Fans went crazy for it, and now Mars has joked that he’s getting something out of it too.
“Almost out of debt BehhhhhBehhhhh!!! Preciate You ROSAAAAYYYYYY!!!! 🥳,” the artist shared on Instagram, in a post featuring him running around on stage as confetti fell around him.
Mars’ joke references the report from last year that alleged he owed MGM Resorts over $50-million in gambling debt, apparently during his residency at Park MGM in Las Vegas.
MGM Resorts quickly shot down the allegations and said that their partnership is “longstanding and rooted in mutual respect.
Any speculation otherwise is completely false,” adding, “he has no debt with MGM.”
Mars has joked about the story before, telling his fans to “keep streaming” so he would “be out of debt in no time”!
