Miley Cyrus is gearing up for the 20th anniversary of the first episode of her hit Disney TV show “Hannah Montana.”
Reflecting on how the show launched her career, she shares, “I want to design something really, really special for it because it really was the beginning of all of this that now sits here today. Without Hannah, there really wouldn’t be this kind of… this me.”
So what is Miley looking to do? It seems we’ll just have to wait and see.
The artist hasn’t confirmed how exactly she’s planning to celebrate just yet, and emphasized she still isn’t interested in touring.
For now, she sees “Hannah Montana” as a nostalgic part of her identity, one that audiences still connect with.
Back in 2016, Cyrus marked the 10th anniversary with a cheeky Instagram post, joking that Hannah was “chopped up into little tiny pieces and buried in my backyard.”
