The raccoon that went viral for going on a bender in a Virginia liquor store is helping raise money for a local animal shelter.
While the raccoon has been safely released into the wild, the Hanover County Animal Protection and Shelter has been selling merchandise featuring an image of a splooted raccoon next to a spilled bottle of liquor.
The "Trashed Panda" shirts, stickers, hoodies, and tumblers have so far raised more than $156,000 for the shelter. The Trashed Panda merchandise is available on the fundraising site Bonfire.
