With higher prices come more scammers looking to use your credit cards to their advantage.
Today, we’re talking about "pump switching." In this scam, a seemingly friendly stranger will offer to pump your gas.
This kind act is the opposite.
Since the victim trusts them, they'll likely smile, wave, and leave, thinking they were helped.
What they don't realize is the scammer uses the still-active pump to fill up their own car, at the previous driver’s expense.
It seems easy to avoid, but people are still being scammed... don’t be one of them.
