The water in Akron is temporarily discolored.
The city tweeted the news yesterday as it says "a change in the water system" is the reason behind the discoloration.
The city stresses that the water is still safe.

To check if water is clearing:— City of Akron, Ohio (@AkronOhioMayor) June 27, 2018
- Turn on cold water faucet only
- Let water run for 5 minutes. (This brings water from water main in to the house and clears the line from the main to the faucet.)
- If the water is still discolored, turn off the water and re-check in an hour.
