Starbucks in Philadelphia just can’t seem to get the whole “customer relations” thing right.
Don’t forget, that’s where a couple of black guys recently had the cops called on them just because they were sitting there…being black…and waiting on a friend.
That incident let to a day of closed stores while they gave mass instruction on tolerance and service.
Then comes this: an employee – yes, in Philly – who allegedly mocked a customer with a stutter…even writing “S-S-Sam” on his receipt.
Starbuck’s is aware of the incident and says they’re “taking it seriously and investigating.”
