In what had become quite a fun little holiday tradition, the NBA announced a slate of games for Christmas Day.
And once again, it promises to be quite a gift for NBA fans with the marquee games featuring LeBron James—now on the Los Angeles Lakers—facing his usual Yuletide foe, Steph Curry and the defending champion Golden State Warriors on Christmas Day.
Then, in another game that promises many happy returns, Joel Embiidand Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers will face Kyrie Irving, Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics in a rematch of the Eastern Conference Semis.
In other games the Utah Jazz will host the Portland Trail Blazers and the New York Knicks will host the Milwaukee Bucks—marking the first time the Bucks will play on the holiday since 1977.
Which is also the last time the Knicks were any good.
