West Virginia Will Be The First State To Allow Mobile Phone Voting

The voting booths moving in to the modern era, and West Virginia says they’ll be leading the way.

In November’s midterms, West Virginia will be the first state in the Union to allow voting via mobile phone

The smartphone app’s been put together to make it easier for troops stationed abroad to participate in their local election process.
