You didn’t hear from former White House official Omarosa Manigault-Newman and you thought she was heading off into the sunset. Think again. According to reports, she recorded just about every conversation she had while working there.
According to Axios.com, Manigault-Newman used a personal phone to record her talks with staffers, the Trump family and other officials. Sources say she could have as many as 200 recordings to “share.”
Word is, she did this to have a reference later on and also, to cover herself in case something ever came up. Of course, She was later fired and wrote a tell-all book about her time at the White House. She already released some recordings, including one of her being fired by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly.
What’s more disturbing – for the White House? Axios is claiming that Omarosa isn’t alone. That “several staffers” took careful notes for future use.
