As you likely know, Netflix cut ties with Kevin Spacey after he was hit with a series of sexual harassment and assault allegations. While his career may not be totally dead, a new teaser for the upcoming final season of “House of Cards” reveals that his character ex-President Frank Underwood sure will be.
In the video, the former President’s wife Claire Underwood, played by Robin Wright, is seen standing over her husband’s grave. She delivers a sinister stare into the camera as she says, “I’ll tell you this though, Francis. When they bury me, it won’t be in my backyard. And when they pay their respects, they’ll have to wait in line.” Check out the teaser to the right.
After Wright’s character delivers her words and walks off, the camera pans for a shot of Underwood’s headstone. We still don’t know how he dies, so fans will have to wait until the final season premieres on November 2nd to see his fate.
