Colorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story had a pretty busy Wednesday night in San Francisco while most of you were sleeping—hitting three home runs in one game.
But hitting that many wasn’t enough for him, he had to add style points.
Watch as he hits this first home run slash laser-shot so hard that he fell down in the box as he hit it.
Story’s solo shot temporarily gave the Rockies a 2-1 lead over the Giants, who tied the game up shortly afterward.
Then his second shot traveled 505-feet making it the longest in the Statcast Era breaking Giancarlo Stanton’s previous mark of 504-feet set in 2016. Those are the only home runs measured at 500+ feet.
