Baby On Road Trip To Become Youngest Person To Visit All 50 States

posted by Cap'n Tony | @RadioOnTheTony -

Most babies don’t do a lot of traveling during their first few months of live, but little Harper Yates has been on the road. She’s only five-months-old and she’s already visited 40 states and counting.

Her parents, Tristan Yeats and Cindy Lim are from Canberra, Australia and planned to visit all 50 states eventually over time, but when they got to the U.S. and began their trip in Maine, they found out about the All Fifty States Club. Looking into it further, they realized their baby girl could become the youngest person to join and that motivated them to hit all 50 at once.

The family is on the last leg of their trip now and will finish in Vermont, number 50 on the list. They’ve had some obstacles along the way, but they’re proud of the journey. "Personally, when she looks back and what we achieved,” mom Cindy says, “I hope when she looks at the photos and I tell her all the stories, that she can have the confidence that she can do anything.”

👋🏼 Hello from North Carolina! ••• North Carolina was a rare social visit for Mummy, Daddy and me! We spent a few days in Durham relaxing with my Uncle Lyndon and helping him set up his new home. We had so much fun, we have already planned a trip back at the end of the year after we’ve finished visiting all the states! ••• Hello, I’m Harper. I’m 12 weeks old and am making my way around the USA with my parents. We want to see all 50 states before I turn 6 months old, which may make me the youngest person to do it! Who did this better - my family or the Tanners? I’ll put a poll in my stories! ••• We visited the Painted Ladies while we were in San Francisco, a must for Full House fans. We also visited the actual home of the Tanner Family, but it was fenced off, boarded up and covered in signs asking fans to go away - not the nicest photo op! Are there any famous television/movie locations we should be checking out as we start to make our way through the Midwest? ••• Hi, I’m Harper! I’m 19 weeks old and am on an epic trip around the USA. My family is trying to visit all 50 states before the end of the year, which could make me the youngest person to do it!
