Blue Jackets' Comeback Falls Short Against Red Wings

The Blue Jackets scored three straight goals in the third period to tie the game, but still couldn't get past the Red Wings losing 5-3 at Nationwide Arena.

Josh Anderson, Markus Nutivaara, and Pierre-Luc Dubois led the Jackets charge back but Detroit's Tyler Bertuzzi answered with just over three-minutes left to seal the win for the Wings.

Columbus will rest up today before travelling to the west coast for three games in California beginning tomorrow with the San Jose Sharks.
