An organization based in New Mexico has found a way to help seniors become more tech savvy with the help of teens and young adults.
Teeniors is a program that provides a human connection for the older generation members who feel left out with all new gadgets and tech trends. According to the founder Trish Lopez, the program is “a way for young adults to use their tech knowledge to empower seniors in their community and form meaningful bonds across generations.”
The program currently offers private and group sessions from the coaches who range in age from 16 to 29 who’ve been recommended by their parents or teachers. To learn more about the program visit, www.teeniors.com
