Dexter has spent far too much time on the land. His pet owners never provided a safe, and secured, space for him to reside. Making a life on the roads has proven dangerous for this little guy as he has endured extreme malnutrition and far too many cold nights seeking a warm place to rest his frail body. Today, he resides in foster care and is receiving appropriate veterinary care.
