Q-Tip has quite the story …
There has been a lot out on social media regarding this dog. It’s being reported that he was witnessed being tossed from a dark-colored jeep.
A Good Samaritan picked the dog up and took the dog to safety in their home before taking Q-tip, a Shihtzu, to Summit County Animal Control. Weighing in at 11 pounds and thought to be just one year in age, it is hard to believe an owner did this. This young boy is neutered. There is a good chance the dog may have been taken without authorization and then the person panicked.
We are looking for the owner, first, but then a potential adopter, secondly, for sweet Q-tip. If you have any information or would like to adopt, please contact Summit County.
