#DELIVERY DRAMA: What do I do about this delivery issue I had this weekend?

#Delivery #Drama: What do I do if a delivery I sent... is delivered wrong!? What's the recourse here?

Over the weekend, my colleague and friend of many years, Carter, and his wife welcomed a new baby to the world! I got the news on Saturday morning, and immediately went to Google to find a place which could deliver some flowers to his wife's delivery suite at the hospital... I picked a cute lil' blue bear and arrangement to welcome their son to the world, wrote a personal note via the website of the florist, paid the bill and clicked the "SEND" button...

... A few hours later, I get a text from Carter with a photo of the bear. He says, "You didn't have to do that thank you so much..." and as I scrolled down, what do I see?

A PINK BEAR.

Now, a color is just a color... but this clearly wasn't what I ordered!

"It's supposed to be blue," I texted in reply.

"I was wondering but you never know these days," Carter said with an LOL.

I rolled my eyes... and then I got poopypants.

What's the recourse here? Do I just let it go? Do I complain to the site? Leave a YELP review? Ask for my money back?

Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever had a delivery DISASTER like this? Sure, I'm being dramatic, but I have a right to be annoyed, right?
