A letter from the Gulf Cartel Grupo Escorpiones condemning the violence that resulted in the death of an innocent working mother and the kidnapping of four American citizenshas been obtained by the Associated Press.
The letter states that those responsible have been handed over and the group has apologized to the affected individuals and families.
A 24-year-old man from Tamaulipas state has been arrested in connection to the incident. The U.S. State Department has issued a warning to not travel to Tamaulipas due to the high levels of organized crime in the area.
Clearly the Scorpion Group of the Gulf Cartels wanted NOTHING to do with the added heat from these fools they turned over, reportedly badly beaten...
