Justin Bieber may finally have to face the music over the June fight he had in Cleveland after the Cavaliers playoff game. 

The alleged victim in the case has filed a police report about the incident, claiming Justin grabbed his sunglasses and when he went to take a picture the singer attacked him, with his crew joining in. The victim says he suffered several injuries including a concussion.

According to TMZ, the alleged victim didn’t file a police report until now because he was trying to reach a settlement with Biebz but they couldn’t come to an agreement. So far Justin is only under investigation and no charges have been filed.


A  new set of performers for next month’s iHeartRadio Music Awards have just been announced and music fans are not going to want to miss this year's telecast.

Bruno Mars has already been confirmed for the show, and he’ll now be joined by Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, The Chainsmokers, Shawn Mendes, Thomas Rhett, Noah Cyrus and Big Sean. The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards airs March 5th, live on TBS, TNT and truTV.


Mel Gibson is up for the Best Director Oscar for his work on "Hacksaw Ridge" but when it comes to his project, he's making the move to the DC universe. Rumor has it Warner Brothers wants Gibson to direct the "Suicide Squad" sequel. Original director David Ayer will have his hands full with Margo Robbie's female focused superhero movie and while nothing's final, Gibson is reportedly at the top of the list.
