Tiger Woods Ex-Girlfriend Sues To Get Out Of NDA…and Get $30 Million!

Tiger Woods ex-girlfriend Erica Herman is taking him to court over an NDA she claims he made her sign when they started dating around August 2017. She says that a private trust that Tiger runs is forcing her to keep quiet about their relationship by enforcing the NDA.

However, Herman argues that the NDA should not be enforceable because there is evidence of sexual assault or harassment. If that’s true, the NDA would be null and void under the federal Speak Out Act.

The story get’s even bigger, with the news that the two broke up last fall, and Woods locked her out of the house! Now she’s also suing the golfer for $30 million, saying that’s the market value of what she was promised - that she could live in his house for five years after the breakup.
